Captain Jack Hall is currently serving as a Captain at Cleveland Metroparks Ranger Department. Prior to this appointment, he served as a detective sergeant, supervising the detective bureau of teh Avon Lake Police Department for over 7 years. His bureau's cases focused on financial fraud, drugs and sexual related crimes.  Captain Hall has also completed specialised training in computer forensics and practical homicide investigation.  He is a former adjunct faculty member of  Locain Community College's School of Police Science (1993-1994). 

David K. Frattare is the Lead Investigator for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force where he coordinates and supervises undercover on-line investigations involving the sexual exploitation of children in Internet chat rooms and through file sharing networks.  He has received extensive training in the investigation, detection and prosecution of crimes against children. He is a graduate of John Carroll University.

Jesse W. Canonico is the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and the Major Trial Unit/Director of Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. He prosecutes felony criminal cases involving sexual assaults, images of child sexual abuse and child sexual exploitation. He is responsible for all stages of prosecution, from the pre-indictment stage through trial or plea and appeal. He has co-presented case study at the 2010 ICAC National Conference. He holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University and has a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Butch Losey, Ed.D., PCC-S, NCC is an international speaker on bullying prevention and school violence and the author of Bullying, Suicide and Homicide: Understanding, Assessing and Preventing Threats to Self and Others for Victims of Bullying.  He created the Bullying Lethality Identification System (BLIS) to assist school professionals with assessing risk for victims of bullying.  As a nationally certified Olweus Bullying Prevention Trainer, Dr. Losey served as a consultant for over 40 schools with implementing this program.  He has been a member of a county wide crisis response team and has worked on a suicide hotline.  His current research on violence prevention is based on personal interviews conducted with numerous school shooters.
